(D-Calif.) and Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.), and Representative James P.

News) - Some 111 government delegations attending a conference on
cluster munitions in Dublin, Ireland, on Friday approved the draft of a
Convention on Cluster Munitions that bans the global use, production,
