The 2009 decisions and judgments of the International Criminal Tribunals for the Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, the Special Court for Sierra Leone, the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, the International Criminal Court, and the War Crimes Chamber of the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as developments at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, will be discussed by eleven leading practitioners and scholars of the tribunals, including ICC Deputy Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda.
